Located on the second floor east wing of the hotel, this state-of-the-art facility features four separate learning suites along with an Executive Boardroom, private restrooms and a pre-function gathering area.

The Grand Ballroom

Visually stunning and exceptionally spacious, the Grand Ballroom is styled in elegance and grace. With over 7,200 square feet of space, the multi-functional Grand Ballroom can be divided in a variety of floor plans.

The Grand Salon

Located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, the Grand Salon offers an additional 4,800 square feet of elegantly appointed space. Featuring an outdoor entrance and separate restrooms, the Grand Salon is a distinct destination all its own, yet also serves as the perfect complement to any Grand Ballroom event.

Woodfield

The Woodfield Room is a favorite of meeting planners for two reasons: flexibility and location. Available individually or as a whole, Woodfield's four sections offer versatility. As for location, The Woodfield Room is as convenient to the lobby as it is to the Grand Ballroom Centre - making it ideal for registrations, staff headquarters, trade show overflow and convention breakouts.

Meadowbrook

The Meadowbrook Room’s decor sets an impressive tone, while its dimensions allow for the best possible sight lines. Meadowbrook can be divided into two equal parts. Centrally located amongst the hotel's other meeting facilities, Meadowbrook is adjacent to the Garden Terrace, a perfect site for refreshment breaks.

Somerset

The Somerset Room defines versatility. During the day, its self-contained spaciousness and warm atmosphere make it the ideal location for productive training sessions and high-energy educational seminars. Large French windows allow natural light to filter in. During the evening, the backlit bookshelves, decorative fireplace and elegant chandelier with dimmer transform this room into an intimate gathering place for cocktail and gourmet receptions.

Presidential Boardroom

Meet with success in the executive grandeur of the Presidential Boardroom. An impressive conference table graciously accommodates up to twelve people. Amenities include a sitting area with a TV, flip chart and white board, mahogany wet bar for VIP entertaining and a private bath.

Briarwood & Oakwood Suites

Top-level amenities and superior service surround you and your guests in these handsome hospitality suites. The environment is comfortably elegant with a conference table for eight and a large sitting area with reception expanse for 40 people. Relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the Kettle Moraine countryside and Willow Run Golf Club.

The Grand Pavilion

Food and beverage service, a sound system and private restrooms make The Grand Pavillion a popular indoor/outdoor venue for events, from luncheons to evening barbeques. This space also boasts a wrap-around patio area.

The Grand Pavilion is adjacent to Village Park, boasting multiple acres of green space for mini carnivals, outdoor rides and team building events.

The Band Shell

Located in the heart of the Village Park, the covered Band Shell is ideal for a small general meeting, break out, picnic lunch or barbeque.

The Gazebo

The Country Springs Hotel’s trademark Gazebo, surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery, is a great venue for a general session with outdoor seating for up to 200 people. It is also a popular venue for speakers or entertainment or as a photo backdrop.
