Position: Senior Sales Manager
Duties/Responsibilities: This corporate sales position offers the opportunity to serve as an ambassador to the Waukesha community. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hotel sales experience and the ability to work independently, develop strategies and network effectively to meet sales goals.
The Senior Sales Manager will pursue new business from current and potential clients through outside sales calls, phone solicitation and site tours presenting all aspects of our hotel, meeting space and conference center.
Job Qualifications: Must have strong sales and presentation skills including excellent verbal and written communication. Computer skills should include word processing, spreadsheet and sales software. Delphi knowledge is ideal. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Position: Host/Hostess (Part time, 25-30 hours per week including weekends)
Duties/Responsibilities: Provide the first impression of the entire dining experience to our guests. The Host/Hostess must always show a positive attitude and make the guest feel welcome with an immediate, courteous greeting and seating. Must also keep host station well-maintained, take room service orders and reservations as well as help servers and bussers when needed.
Job Qualifications: Food service and/or host experience preferred. Must be able to push, pull and lift dishes, food and trays and be able to stand for entire shift. Must have a professional and pleasant manner, have cash handling experience and possess good communication and organization skills.

Position: Lifeguard (Full Time, 25-40 hours per week)
Duties/Responsibilities: We are looking for motivated, outgoing people to work as lifeguards in our indoor water park. Shifts will be primarily Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. However, occasional weekends and holidays will be required and hours/schedule may vary based on needs.
Job Qualifications: Must be 16 years or older. Must be friendly and outgoing and be comfortable and confident interacting with people. Strong swimming skills a plus. Previous lifeguard training/experience is not necessary. Continued employment is contingent on successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training class.

Position: Snack Bar Line Cook/Part time
Duties/Responsibilities: Preparation of a wide variety of food items, some counter service to take orders and process change, cleaning and upkeep of the entire Snack Bar operation during assigned shift and stocking/rotating good in refrigeration and freezer units.
Job Qualifications: Food service experience in concessions, cooking or similar is preferred. Must be able to clean equipment, stock product, work at a fast pace and do any assigned tasks. Must be able to handle pressure, multi-task and provide quality customer service. Must be able to work in a setting with regular exposure to warm temperatures and humidity as would be expected in an indoor water park environment. Reliability is a must!
Must be flexible and include weekends, 25-32 hours a week normally, but can depend on business.
